I love the contrast of textures. The back ground is so flat looking against the solid 3d feel of the statue and the contrast again with delicate flower adds to the drama. Really lovely.x
If you visit Juliet’s balcony in Verona, there is an identical statue. Somebody (probably male) came up with the theory that if you rubbed her breast it would bring you luck in love… :D Thank you :) x
