xxx
Thanks Sheonad! Not mine unfortunately, but I kind of wish I had bought one of these now, they are such a beautiful shape… Will be embarking on pumpkin cake at some point! Have you looked at a dream dictionary for pumpkin dreams? Apparently it can mean openness and receptiveness to new ideas and experiences! :D xx
i can’t believe you looked up pumpkin dreams for me…
but thank you
xx
You’re welcome! Just call me Mystic Meg… :D xx
oooo what you making?
Nothing with this particular one, I just loved the colours in the market… But we have pumpkins outside on the porch waiting to be carved, and I will do something with the flesh from those! :)
The center of squash are completely bizarre aren’t they. All that orange stringy stuff!
Gorgeous photo :-)
Aren’t they? I hate digging that stuff out! Thank you :)
such a great photo, will you be making a pumpkin pie?
I might just make a pumpkin cake… If I made a pie, I imagine I would be the only person in this house eating it, and that would not be a good thing! :D Thank you! :)
Beautiful colours. Love squashes.
Thanks Erica, there are some very strange ones here! :)
Wow! Fantastic photo! That must have been one very sharp knife that cut that! x
It really must have been! Thank you :) x
Love pumpkins! Great pic x
Thank you Rachel! :)
They always remind me of bottoms!
I am so glad I wasn’t at school with you. I imagine we would have been in many detentions together! :D
Hmmm punpkin… could it possibly be autumn? Orange is the colour of Autumn.
And so many beautiful shades too! Thank you :) x
Fab photo, love the colour combo!
Thanks Sonya! :)

Thank you! Happy Pumpkin picking! :)
What a colour! Fab shot. Happy Sunday over in Bavaria.
Aw thank you. Same to you too! :)
I love the variety of squash and fruit/veg that you get in German markets. Seem so much more colourful and varied than anything we see here. Lovely photo.
Thank you! There are certainly a few that I have never seen before here, that’s for sure! :D
Beautiful picture and such a lovely colour
Thank you very much :)
I love the section view, are you cooking something with it?
Not this time, it was being sold in the food market in town, and I just liked the colour! :D
A pumpkin bum!! I love that picture, but what it says about my mind I’m not sure!
Lovely to see the inside of one for Silent Sunday.
Thanks Jo. Don’t worry you were not the first to see the bum connection! :D
Amazing picture, I love the colours and textures..
Thanks Dawn… They are beautiful aren’t they? :)

Oooh I am loving all the pumpkin photos today! And what an impressive pumpkin too :) XX
Thanks Louise (:xx
Gorgeous color and looks like an upside down heart! Thank you for sharing on Weekly Top Shot #53!
Thank you very much Madge, that’s very polite compared to what it a couple of commenters thought it looked like! :D
Brilliant photo. Imagine the amount of pumpkin pie you could make with that!
Thank you, I know… I reckon it would be a BIG pie! :)
Yummy pumpkin, great photo! :) x
Thank you (:
That is quite a pumpkin! And judging my the colour, it must be a delicious tasting pumpkin.
Great shot, you have captured so much detail, especially in the centre. The green background is perfect against the orange too.
Thanks so much Lori! :)
Loving the colour of all the pumpkins around at the moment – they’re so vibrant!
Such beautiful things aren’t they? Thank you :)
wonderful shape and wonderful colour – another great capture!
Thanks Gemma :) xx
That color just jumps right out at you, doesn’t it? While Korea is definitely full of gourds and gourd relatives, it’s a little weak on the traditional pumpkin…missing them now!
Thanks Caroline, this one was such a vivid colour! I think squash would go very nicely in a bibimbap though, what do you think? :)
A very ‘cobwebby’ inside, perfect for halloween! You must share your pumpkin cake recipe, I’ve only ever made pumpkin soup, which is quite yummy!
xx Jazzy
Aw thank you Jazzy… I will :) xx
