A couple of posts back, I mentioned that having recently returned home, we are currently quite far out of the loop when it comes to travel in the UK. So, I like to interrogate my fellow (very patient) family travel blogger friends about their best family friendly tips of places to see on this small but perfectly formed island of ours (and far beyond)…
I recently read somewhere that it’s not just me that trusts the expertise of a good travel blog when it comes to that all important family holiday. Nowadays people spend far more time doing online research before booking anything, and the personal travel experiences of people they can actually relate to are incredibly important. There are some fabulous UK family travel bloggers out there who give a great insight into family friendly destinations by writing about each and every aspect of a trip, usually managing to inspire with a healthy dose of wanderlust at the same time…
So, whilst we are all beginning to think about where to go this Summer (if you are not quite that organised – much like myself), or perhaps the Autumn half term holidays if you are super organised (much not like myself), I thought you might find this list of some of my favourite Top UK Family Travel bloggers helpful…
Elizabeth Callaghan – Wander Mum
Claire Hall – Tin Box Traveller
