Follow the wood anemone carpeted path through Freising Forest, and before too long you should find the tiny Forest church of St Clemens.<\/p>\n

I am not a religious person in any way shape or form, but there is something really special about this place – probably that it looks plucked straight from the pages of a fairytale book…<\/p>\n

The surrounding part of the forest is dedicated to an arboretum with trees from every corner of the world. Weldwalt<\/a> is a beautiful place to spend the day, and if your map reading skills are any good, you can find some tranquility at Saint Clemens too.<\/p>\n
