LOVE this shot, the perspective, the colours and the fact it’s an art gallery, really really cannot wait to meet you and we must have our photo taken together – I’ll not let you go till we do xx
Thanks Maria! Good question, it was mostly down to an over-officious gallery attendent, who takes her job very very seriously, right down to inspecting people’s unused cameras to see whether their flash was on or not (even if they didn’t intend on taking any pictures!)… It was quite amusing. Have to say though, it is usually me (I guess I have one of those faces!), but this time it was my friend Becci, so it made a nice change! :D
Amazing photo as always! Will not ask where it was, read the comments so I know! ;) Munich is on my list of places to go to this year.
PS: I subscribed to your blog, but I am not getting any emails when you post? I will try once more, in case I made a mistake when writing my email address the first time and let you know.
Oooh this reminds me of the Minstry of Magic in the Harry Potter stories, there is a room at the end of a very long corridor that no one can get through…… Love it!
Thank you so much for linking up Emma, really appreciate it and what a awesome Photo of The Week!
Thank you Louise, I wish – that would be fantastic wouldn’t it? I would be choosing a fantastic new broomstick for a start! :D PS. you are more than welcome!

It’s the Altes Pinothek in Munich, one of the big art galleries here…

So pretty. Why do you spend most of your time there being told off??

Lovely, my kids would love to run riot there.
Mine would too, but there’s no way they would get away with it, not with that gallery attendant in attendance! (see comments above!)…

Gorgeous shot – my first thought was a school, but I can see from the comments that it’s an art gallery.
Thanks Erica! We have a lot of snow so it was quite brightly lit from the light from outside! :D
I gasped. Stunning really stunning. *dripping with envy*

Gorgeous picture, makes me want to go and find out what’s behind that door at the end.
