On rare days, you can see the mountains surrounding Munich. Caused by a static air condition called Fohn, it’s also responsible for making people grumpy and giving them headaches (apparently!)!

Stunning. Simply stunning. I used to love when the mountains appeared in Switzerland. I sometimes forgot they were even there.
So funny isn’t it… It can make my day though… I can leave home in a rush on the way to school, completely disorganised, fed up, missing home etc. and then the Mountains will suddenly be visible and it just cheers me up! :)

What an amazing view! We can sometimes see the Rif Mountains of Morocco from where we are, but only at certain times of the year on a very clear day.
