Apologies for the radio silence, we have been sunshine seekers visiting family in Florida…
We found the sun, we had fun, but as with any holiday it’s also nice to be home. Normal service will resume as soon as jet-lag and massive household disarray departs, which will hopefully be sooner rather than later!
For those of you also suffering from a vitamin D deficiency, I will leave you with this, which should also help with your vitamin C levels as well.

Lucky you – could do with some sunshine! Some bits of Florida are fab – not so keen on the ubiquitous Disney though – the lemons however look fab-u-lous!

Aha! Hope you had a wonderful time. I’m recovering from jetlag too :) We went to California – wasn’t it heavenly to see a bit of sunlight?!! I had quite forgotten what it was like. And now back to winter…

How nice to have a bit of early spring sunshine! We just in the midst of arranging a mass family meet up in Florida in 2014. With people flying in from the UK, Italy, Australia, China and Canada, it’s not proving to be the easiest task I’ve had.
