oh wow i just love this.. and the foot is fabulous. it gives the photo a little pizazz. such a great shot. i am a keen photographer of geometric/architectural type shots myself.
I love the way you have photographed the doors and not the artwork. As for the foot, it brings the unexpected to an already very different photo. Oh and you get a mention on my blog tomorrow with regard to my Sunday photo ;)
Great shot. I love seeing lots of arches or doorways lining up, it always seems so inviting and mysterious. I hadn’t even noticed the foot until you mentioned it
You were right to leave the foot in. It adds an element of mystery. Who does it belong to? Why is the person there? What are they doing? Where are they going? I think you could create a whole story around just that foot.
Thanks Lyn! It belonged to a man who actually looked a little like dumbledore… If he was just bending over slightly his long grey beard would have been in it too! :D

Not that I am a doctor, or even a shoe shop assistant, but foot is a bit of an exaggeration, toes seem to be a bit more accurate.
Notwithstanding biological accuracy, nice foto.
True enough, true enough… :D Thanks Bass!
