The colors are tremendous – so vivid, and such great contrast against that unbelievable blue!
I can’t ride on things that go in circles these days without getting terribly sick – in fact, I’m not sure I’d have been able to take that picture – it probably would have made me sick, too!
I bet the kids loved it, though!

I went on one of those the first summer I was here, it was right on the edge of the Rhein and looked like it was going to be really lovely. I can confidently announce that I am absolutely never going on one again. Ever.
Hahaha… I last went on one in Tivoli in Copenhagen and honestly felt like I had drunk two bottles of wine for around half an hour afterwards… awful! :)

Not this time… We were running out of funds (bank machines weren’t working at the festival) so we saved our money for the children to have a few rides (phew!!)…
