Indeed! We drank Birch Water at Noma in Copenhagen, it’s quite traditional to drink it in Scandinavia and other countries like Russia, it was actually really nice! :D
I love to see ice trees! They are so beautiful and when the sun comes out…wow! So beautiful you can hardly speak. That’s one thing I miss about The Frozen North.

They are so pretty. I remember travelling through Yugoslavia (as it was then) and into Greece and the trees were all white, just like your photo. Breath taking. #MySundayPhoto
That is so beautiful Emma, so completely opposite to what I’m seeing around me. We don’t even have any snow in the local ski resorts. I love cold winter days as long as they are dry and this looks magical.

This is just a really thick hoar frost on the branches, when fog freezes onto things, so beautiful. Doesn’t last long though! Thanks Tas! (: x
