A few further pictures on this little Gem, to give you more of a feel for the place, and its spaces…
Don’t forget to look up, who knows what (or who) you might be missing!
Venture away from the more touristy main streets, real life (and excellent coffee) exists there…
National Theatre
Hrad Castle
The grand entrance to the Bratislava Philharmonic Orchestra
St. Michael’s Gateway to the Old City, the only one of four to survive…
Napolean’s Soldier (and small person’s hand)!
I hope I have managed to convince you that Bratislava is well worth a visit, however briefly! It’s a great place to spend a weekend at the very least… I am looking forward to exploring more of Slovakia in the near future.

It’s a beautiful city and the entrance to the theatre is beautiful.

I’ve never been to Slovakia. So many incredible places in the world to visit! I particularly like the picture with the blue doors – such vibrant, warm colours.

Beautiful photos – I have a real thing for doors so that top photo did it for me! I love that you always capture the architecture where you travel and it gives a real feel for the places. So many people focus on small details that they forget to capture the bigger picture, but not you – you get the balance just right x
